JOB DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a multi-talented Content Strategist & Social Media Manager to be part of our core team. You'll work directly with the founder to create viral content, manage social media, and research AI trends. Perfect opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a fast-scaling company and become an AI content expert.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Research (40% of time):

Use AI tools (ChatGPT proficiently + other AI tools) for comprehensive trend research
Analyze competitors and identify content opportunities using AI-powered research
Create weekly content calendars with viral potential
Research latest AI tools and industry developments
Develop content concepts that drive engagement and follower growth
Social Media Management (35% of time):

Manage daily posting on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
Community engagement through comments and DMs
Implement lead generation strategies ("Comment for Link")
Monitor analytics and optimize performance using data-driven insights
Build and nurture online community
Content Creation Support (25% of time):

Write video scripts for AI educational content using AI assistance
Create engaging captions with strong hooks using AI-powered copywriting
Develop email sequences for lead nurturing
Research and fact-check content accuracy
Basic graphic design using Canva and AI design tools
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Requirements:

2+ years social media management experience
Advanced English writing skills (8/10 minimum)
PROFICIENT use of ChatGPT (mandatory)
Experience with multiple AI tools (the more AI tools you know, the better)
Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube algorithms
Strong research and analytical skills using AI-powered methods
Growth mindset and ability to learn new AI tools quickly
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI/technology content creation
Knowledge of AI tools like Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, etc.
Canva design skills + AI design tools

Email marketing knowledge
Understanding of sales funnels
Availability during some US business hours
