Job Description – YouTube Video Editor (Documentary-Style)

We are looking for a reliable YouTube video editor to join our team for long-term work.


Our channel focuses on documentary-style content around technology, hidden history, and conspiracy theories — similar to channels like The Why Files, Wendigoon, and ColdFusion. The videos are voiceover-based and visually engaging.

???? Responsibilities:

Edit 2 long-form videos per week (each 15–20 minutes)

Add stock footage, b-rolls, light motion graphics, simple text overlays

Sync the video with the provided voiceover and script

Add fitting background music

Follow a clear editing structure/template

Deliver work on time via Google Drive

Fully written script

Professionally recorded voiceover

Visual references (sometimes)

Clear expectations and feedback

???? Requirements:

Experience editing YouTube videos

Good English comprehension (to follow voiceover)

Familiar with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Must be Filipino and available for long-term collaboration

$250-$300/month(depends skills)

2 videos per week

Long-term opportunity (3–6 months or more)
