Accounting Head

• Manage all accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, reporting).
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance. • Lead audits and tax filings.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide insights for financial planning and strategy.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA is an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is a plus).
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
