I am looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant (on an as-needed basis) for Webmaster tasks and to help document procedures for my my online business. You need to have experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress front-end development and theme customization to do this job. Knowledge with Javascript and PHP is a plus, but not mandatory.
Please provide some information about your past experience in this area. Provide links to sites you have built, which WP themes have you worked with, specify your experience with theme customization.
You will work with other team members, so good communication skills are also important. Currently one senior webmaster team member who can help clarify questions and one VA from the Philippines who helps with the documentation and will help you get started in my business.
I also had the chance to visit the Philippines for a few weeks and look forward to expand my team with someone from there.
We will start small and I will provide training for the parts you need training with. In addition to the Webmaster tasks, you will also receive an onboarding training for general procedures and to get to know my online business as well as myself.
Dependent on the workload, it’s very much possible to turn this into a regular part time (20h/week) or even full time position in the future.
At the same time, you will have the opportunity to learn a tremendous amount of skills.
You are an honest, hardworking person with good written English skills. I require daily updates (can be really short, but I need this regular feedback) as well as a response time of maximum one work day for technical requests regarding Wordpress.
Just so that I am sure that you really read the full description, I would like you to start your application letter with the word "Sunshine". Thanks :)
I own 3 websites and that you can help me with Webmaster tasks on a routine basis. In addition, I work on client’s sites which will be the main priority for this position to work on with great care.
The first month of work will be a probational period, after that you will be a fixed part of my team.
I am looking forward to your application!
