Our rapidly growing 7 figure ecommerce brand, is seeking an experienced ---------- Facebook Ads / VSL Video Editor who can transform raw footage and scripts into powerful sales machines.

Opportunity:
- Competitive Base salary of $1,500 - $2,000 (based on experience) per month with flexible working hours
- Performance Bonuses of up to $2,000 per month based on the direct sales performance of your ads (can be even higher if performance is exceptional)

Responsibilities:
- You will bring to life the scripts provided by our top copywriters, crafting both short-form video ads to medium and long-form
- Receive feedback, helping you refine your edits and grow your skills
- Your ads will be tested with substantial budgets, with a focus on sales generated as the key metric of your success—the better your ads perform, the higher your bonus
- Access real-time data from our advertising platforms to see how your videos perform so you can make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance ad performance
- Regularly analyze top-performing sales videos across various industries to discover effective patterns and strategies that can be adopted in your work

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in editing direct-response video ads, particularly on Facebook/Youtube/Instagram/TikTok
- Advanced proficiency in any editing software of your choice
- Great English skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
- A perfectionist with an obsessive attention to detail
- A strong desire for personal growth, learning, and self-improvement
- Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive criticism
- Ability to use AI (not required but can help)
