JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and independent content creator who can record, edit, and deliver YouTube videos using an iPhone or PC. You will also design custom thumbnails using Canva. The videos are short tech tutorials (how-to style), and your goal is to create clear, helpful, and clickable content.

What You’ll Do:
– Record your own screen using an iPhone or PC based on assigned topics
– Edit the videos professionally: clean cuts, zooms, highlights, and text overlays
– Design custom thumbnails in Canva that drive a high click-through rate (CTR)
– Deliver ready-to-upload YouTube videos with matching thumbnails
– Work from a content list provided in Notion
– Respond to urgent requests (marked HIGH) and deliver those within 48 hours
– Communicate via WhatsApp for anything urgent or time-sensitive

Requirements:
– You must be able to record your own screen with iPhone or PC
– Experience with editing tutorial-style YouTube videos
– Familiar with editing software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
– Skilled in Canva with a strong sense of thumbnail design and CTR optimization
– Fluent English (spoken and written)
– Able to work independently and follow deadlines
– Must deliver at least 2 videos per day (more is allowed and encouraged)

Nice to Have:
– Voice-over or captioning experience
– Understanding of YouTube SEO and thumbnail trends
– Long-term availability and commitment

How We Work:
– All video assignments are managed inside Notion
– Important or urgent messages will be sent via WhatsApp
– You’ll receive video titles, short descriptions, and priority status (Normal or HIGH)
– Fast feedback within 24 hours
– HIGH-priority videos must be delivered within 48 hours
– Standard delivery time: 2–3 days max

How to Apply:

Please send us:

1. Examples of videos you have recorded and edited yourself
2. 5 thumbnails you’ve created in Canva (preferably for tech/tutorials)
3. The tools/software you use for recording and editing
4. Your hourly or monthly rate
5. Your available working hours (Philippine time)

We’re looking for a long-term partner who understands YouTube, works with structure, and delivers clear, high-quality content that viewers love to click.
