Influencer & Ambassador Manager

We're hiring an Influencer & Ambassador Manager to build and lead our influencer marketing program from the ground up.

This role isn’t just about firing off a few DMs, it’s about creating a high-impact, revenue-driving system that builds community, gathers powerful testimonials, and helps people genuinely connect with our brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruit and manage 100+ active creators (UGC, micro-, and mid-tier influencers)
- Drive $30K/month in tracked revenue via affiliate codes, UTM links, and referrals
- Source and organize 50+ authentic video testimonials and transformation stories
- Structure smart, sustainable deals that make the program profitable and repeatable
- Build systems for outreach, onboarding, and performance tracking at scale

You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand ambassador programs, or UGC recruiting
- Thrive working with creators and know how to spot talent that converts
- Are highly organized, results-driven, and motivated by clear goals
- Can manage multiple relationships while tracking performance and ROI
- Have strong instincts for wellness, lifestyle, or DTC brands
- Ready to take ownership and lead something with real impact
