AI Agent Specialist (Marketing Operations)

We are a boutique growth agency for DTC health, wellness, and beauty brands. We're a small, fast-moving team of operators who leverage AI and data to drive real results.

The Role:

We're looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to build the systems that will power our agency's core services.

Your mission is to automate two key functions:

1. Creator Sourcing & Management: Design and implement an automated workflow to find, vet, and manage the right content creators for our clients' campaigns, especially within niche demographics.

Later on,
Tackle Ad Creative Iteration: Build a system that uses AI to rapidly produce, test, and iterate on ad creatives. Your goal is to help us find winning ads faster than anyone else by systematizing our creative process.

Open to Gig, PT and FT (after couple months).
