What You’ll Do
Design & Edit

Create eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, and motion assets for Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips, etc.

Edit 30–90 sec videos: cuts, transitions, captions, sound design, color grade.

Develop templates and style guides to maintain brand consistency.

Collaborate & Communicate

Be online and responsive during 7 AM–7 PM PST for check-ins, reviews, and quick iterations.

Coordinate tasks and feedback in Slack and ClickUp.

Optimize & Iterate

Rapidly turn around multiple versions based on performance data and team input.

Stay up to date on trending formats, platform specs, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
Portfolio Required:

Show us short-form campaigns or influencer-style content you’ve designed and edited.

Core Skills:

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Comfortable with Canva and CapCut for rapid mockups and edits.

Strong sense of pacing, motion, and visual hierarchy for social platforms.

Fast-Paced Mindset:

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Self-starter who asks the right questions and delivers without hand-holding.

Tech & Tools:

Daily use of Slack, ClickUp, and Adobe Suite.

Familiarity with basic audio cleanup, color correction, and motion-graphics presets.
