Data Entry + Lead Generator for Mobile Home Park Acquisitions (using Reonomy)

We are seeking a part-time virtual assistant to help us build a targeted real estate lead database using Reonomy. You will be responsible for filtering and extracting off-market mobile home park leads in specific U.S. states, compiling ownership and contact info (phone numbers, emails), and organizing the data for our acquisitions team.

• ~20 hours/week (flexible schedule)

???? Monthly Salary:
• $300 to $400/month depending on performance and experience
(This equals roughly $3.50 to $5/hour)
