The Role
We're seeking a VA to handle appointment setting for our clients. As a consulting agency, we generate leads through targeted advertising, and you'll be the friendly voice that converts these leads into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting appointments via Instagram and Facebook Messenger
- Entering client details into CRM system (Vagaro)
- Providing excellent customer service to potential clients
- Responding promptly to social media inquiries

Ideal Experience:
- Appointment setting
- Lead generation or sales support
- Customer service
- Social media management
