Job Post: Go High Level Tech Architect (Funnels + Automations)
We are hiring an expert-level Go High Level (GHL) systems builder to take ownership of our funnels, automations, and backend platform builds.

This is NOT for beginners or junior VAs. We are looking for someone who can build complex workflows, speed-to-lead automation, and fully customized funnels for a fast-growing insurance and financial services agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build full funnels: landing page ? form ? booking page ? thank-you page

Design and execute automation workflows (text/email drip, reminders, speed-to-lead)

Connect GHL with WAVV dialers, Dubb, Mailbox Power, Calendly, and intake forms

Create internal dashboards and tracking tools in GHL

QA test every system before it goes live

Optimize current GHL setup with tagging, logic triggers, pipeline updates

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Advanced Go High Level (GHL) builder — no learning curve

Strong in Zapier and native integrations

Can build conditional logic, smart tagging, and multi-branch automations

Mobile-responsive, branded page design (we provide copy & design direction)

Bonus: Familiarity with WAVV, Mailbox Power, or Dubb

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
Has built GHL platforms for insurance, financial, health, or coaching businesses

Can manage a pipeline from lead capture ? follow-up ? conversion

Knows how to integrate Google Sheets, form builders (e.g. Jotform), and client dashboards

Proactive, communicates clearly, delivers ahead of deadlines

SCHEDULE:
Full-time or project-based

Must be available for at least partial overlap with US Eastern Time

Project deadlines must be met reliably

COMPENSATION:
Starting at $700/month

Bonuses available for performance and early delivery

Long-term role available as company expands platforms
