Youtube Video Editor/Producer

We’re looking for a YouTube Video Editor/Producer to help shape and grow a premium-quality travel and lifestyle channel. The ideal candidate can take raw video and photos—with minimal direction—and craft engaging, cinematic edits that reflect the tone of high-end travel creators.

You’ll need to understand pacing, music sync, b-roll flow, and visual storytelling without relying on AI templates or auto-edits.

? Must-Have Skills
Social Media Video Editing (YouTube primarily, but bonus for Shorts, TikTok, Reels)

Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro (no other tools accepted)

Strong attention to pacing, tone, and narrative flow

Comfortable working from loose scripts and minimal producer input

NO use of AI tools or platforms (e.g., CapCut AI, Runway, Pictory, Descript overdubs, etc.)

Must be 100% human-edited content—no auto-generated transitions, voiceovers, or B-roll

Must agree to sign an NDA and delete all files post-project

???? Bonus Experience
Editing for YouTube travel channels or cinematic vloggers

Strong use of b-roll, cutaways, ambient storytelling

Basic graphics/text overlays using Adobe tools

All applicants must complete a short paid trial using raw footage and reference styles to evaluate tone, polish, and editing instincts.
