Cold Caller – Real Estate Lead Generation (Work From Home)

We are a real estate investment company looking for a professional and reliable cold caller to join our team. If you're confident on the phone, great at building rapport, and comfortable with rejection, this position could be a great fit for you.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners across various markets using CallTools. Your main goal is to determine if they are interested in selling their property and then gather and input that information into our CRM system (Podio). You will be working from a provided list and using scripts that have already been developed for you.

Daily Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowners from provided lists using CallTools

Qualify leads by identifying motivation to sell and property information

Follow a simple, proven script with room for personalization

Take detailed notes and update Podio CRM with call outcomes

Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for our acquisitions team

Attend weekly team check-ins and submit daily reports

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous cold calling or outbound phone sales experience (1 year+ preferred)

Excellent spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent

Strong communication and listening skills

Comfortable with rejection and confident handling objections

Familiarity with CRM systems (Podio experience is a bonus)

Experience using dialers like CallTools or Mojo

Fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Headset with clear audio quality
