Zenoti + GHL Integration Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Zenoti + GHL Integration Specialist to support our team in seamlessly connecting Zenoti (spa/salon/medspa management software) with GoHighLevel (GHL) for marketing automation, CRM, and lead management. This is a project-based or ongoing consulting opportunity for someone with deep technical knowledge of both platforms, with a focus on practical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, lead flow, and patient/customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical integration between Zenoti and GHL, ensuring data sync for contacts, appointments, services, payments, and other relevant data points

Develop and document API connections, webhooks, or third-party middleware solutions (e.g., Zapier, Make) as needed

Set up automated workflows and campaigns in GHL triggered by Zenoti activity (e.g., booking confirmations, no-show follow-ups, membership renewals)

Advise on best practices for maintaining data integrity between systems

Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors or sync issues

Collaborate with our marketing and operations team to ensure the integration supports business goals

Provide training or documentation for internal teams on how the integration works

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience integrating Zenoti with GoHighLevel (GHL)

Strong understanding of Zenoti API capabilities and limitations

Strong understanding of GHL workflows, custom fields, pipelines, and automation

Experience using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom scripting for integrations

Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and lead management best practices in spa, salon, or medspa environments

Ability to document processes and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members
