This is a 40-50 hour work week position.


Requirements
We are an e-commerce start up looking for a professional WordPress, SEO Yoast, SEO, Backlinking and Social media creator with at least three years of experience in this field.


Wordpress skills, SEO Yoast, and basic graphic design skills are assets. You should be able to write and speak clear English.

Candidates should be motivated energetic self starters.

Typical daily tasks will consist of adding pre-written content to our Wordpress blog, adding internal and external links, creating and posing images and content to our different social media platforms.

About Us
We offer courses that teach others how to grow small side businesses. We are a start-up, so it's important your able to go with the flow and changes.


We add value by providing courses on different opportunities people can do to start making more income.


Incentives & Monthly Wages

You will be paid $335 for the first two months of employment with us.

After this two-month probationary period, your salary will increase to $375.

We provide a five-day paid holiday, and Easter and Christmas day are both paid.

Also, we adhere to the 13th Month that is commonly required in the Philippines.

After one year, we will provide health and retirement benefits.


There are opportunities available for a 1.5% salary INCREASE every other month after your first year of working with us.

This depends on performance, quality of work and team loyalty.

There are additional bonuses to reward hard work (bonus money, gift cards, gifts, etc.). Tenacity and hard work will not go unrewarded.

The 3 Step Hiring Process

Step 1 – Send us your CV & portfolio
please send us a portfolio of work you have done in the following areas:

• Web Development
• Social Media Pages
• Graphic Design
• SEO / Blog Posting.

In addition to a portfolio, please send us a short video that's uploaded to Youtube or Vimeo, detailing employment history, personal interests, your goals, and family.

Step 2 – Do you know how to do good SEO? Tell me all the good aspects of what they do their blog posts to help with their SEO.

Look at the following websites:

List what they do good and send us your responses.


Step 3 –
Short Skype interview
After we have received the above, selected individuals will be identified, and we will arrange a short skype interview (nothing to worry about!) to get to know you better.

After this initial interview process, you can start working almost immediately.

Additional Details
All applicants are subject to a background check.

Remember, as you will be working with us full-time, you may NOT work with other employers during your time with us. If we find out you are, you would be let go and no payment would be made.


You are an independent contractor doing work for your online employer on a monthly basis; therefore, there is no employment tax to be paid.
