**Lead Video Editor - YouTube Content & Client Work**

We need an exceptional Lead Editor who creates world-class content and elevates a team of 5 editors. This is a leadership role for someone who sets the creative bar high and ensures every video meets that standard.

**Core Responsibilities:**

- Edit long-form YouTube videos and high-converting short-form/ad content
- Master platform-specific content while maintaining quality across all formats
- Lead, mentor, and distribute work across the editing team
- Review all content before delivery - catch what others miss
- Create and maintain quality standards and style guides

**Requirements:**

- Proven portfolio showing YouTube retention success and client ad results
- Natural leadership abilities with strong communication skills
- Ability to teach complex editing concepts and elevate others' skills
- Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and mobile editing platforms
- Experience managing client feedback and revision workflows
- Must have extreme attention to detail
