We're currently expanding our creative division to support a plant medicine and wellness retreat brand, focused on transformational journeys and spiritual growth. This project will unlock a robust content strategy aimed at deepening impact and scaling reach.


About the Role:
We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Video Editor with strong storytelling and direct-response marketing instincts. You will work on a wide range of content types; testimonial videos, social media content, ads, podcast episodes, and educational material, with a fast turnaround and high production standards.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, understands spiritual and wellness content, and can create emotionally engaging edits with conversion-focused goals.


Key Responsibilities:
- Edit 20–30 video assets/month, including ads, podcasts, testimonials, and social content
- Craft compelling story-driven edits from raw footage, especially transformation/testimonial videos
- Produce platform-optimized short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
- Edit long-form podcast and educational content with clean visuals and audio
- Add motion graphics, captions, and branding to enhance engagement
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to align on vision and execution
- Manage fast turnaround times (3–5 days/project) while handling feedback efficiently
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and content types


Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing direct response and story-driven content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Experience editing for social platforms (IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
- Fast, detail-oriented editor with strong sense of pacing and flow
- Ability to handle high-volume, quick-turnaround projects
- Understanding of wellness/spiritual or personal transformation content (preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English with the ability to follow creative briefs and brand guides
