???? About Us:
We’re a U.S.-based small business with a Shopify store selling luxury handmade products. We’re looking for a proactive, experienced bookkeeper based in the Philippines who can help clean up our books, provide expert counsel, and prepare everything for U.S. tax filing. You must be reliable, resourceful, and ready to take initiative.

???? What We’re Looking For:
? Deep understanding of U.S. tax laws and accounting best practices
? Experience filing taxes for U.S.-based businesses
? Shopify + QuickBooks Online expertise
? Able to clean, reconcile, and prepare financials for CPA/tax filing
? Confident communicator who can give advice, not just take instructions
? Available for Zoom or Google Meet check-ins when needed
? Bonus if you understand eCommerce inventory and COGS tracking

???? Responsibilities:

Clean up and reconcile past transactions

Maintain accurate monthly books (expenses, sales, etc.)

Sync Shopify and QuickBooks

Advise on deductible expenses and proper bookkeeping methods

Prepare and file taxes or provide final files for tax preparer

Assist with basic financial planning and reporting

A go-getter who works well independently

Detail-oriented, honest, and very organized

Experienced with U.S. bookkeeping (not just local PH accounting)

Great at solving problems and making suggestions to improve systems
