Credentialing Specialist – Medical Agency

Independent Contractor | 2 Full-Time Positions Available

Our company is a veteran-founded anesthesia group supporting surgery centers across Northern California. We’re growing fast and looking for two highly organized, tech-savvy Credentialing Specialists to join our remote team.

This is a high-responsibility position — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and knows how to keep systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

? Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update CRNA credentialing files using Google Sheets

Oversee and maintain our GoHighLevel CRM onboarding pipeline

Track and follow up on license renewals, malpractice coverage, and hospital privileges

Serve as the point of contact for new provider onboarding

Provide weekly credentialing status reports to leadership

Document provider communications and flag urgent issues appropriately

Maintain organized and compliant digital folders (Google Drive)

Schedule and participate in credentialing meetings as needed

???? You MUST Have:

Excellent Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Docs)

Experience with CRMs — GoHighLevel preferred

Medical credentialing or healthcare admin experience

Strong phone communication skills — this role is not text/email only

Ability to follow up, track moving parts, and stay organized under pressure

Knowledge of HIPAA/PII protocols (or willingness to learn quickly)

Dual-monitor setup (non-negotiable)

High-quality headset for calls

Stable internet connection with a backup solution in case of outages (hotspot, generator, alternate location)

Quiet, professional workspace — background noise must be minimal
