Structural Engineer Designer

Full-Time | Must be available during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
We are a Texas-based structural engineering firm specializing in residential & commercial structural design plans. Our work is rooted in precision, code compliance, and elegant solutions tailored to homeowners, builders, and architects across the United States. We are seeking a licensed Structural Engineer based in the Philippines to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, communicates well in English, and is comfortable working remotely during Central Standard business hours Monday through Friday.
-Experience with U.S. or international building codes (especially IBC, IRC).
-Prior experience working with U.S.-based engineering firms.
-Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
-Prepare structural design plans for residential homes in compliance with U.S. codes and standards.
-Reliable internet and a quiet, professional remote work setup.
-Minimum 3 years of structural design experience, preferably with residential wood-framed homes, however we are willing to train basics on wood framed structures.
-Collaborate with U.S.-based engineers and designers through online platforms.
-Provide structural calculations and review documentation for permitting.
