????Role Overview
We’re hiring an Automation & Workflow Specialist to turn process maps and written briefs into working workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, and ---------- . You won’t be expected to write code, but you do need to understand what API keys, webhooks, and JSON are used for and how to plug them into automation tools.

You’ll build quickly and cleanly. You’ll troubleshoot blockers using Claude or ChatGPT. And when needed, you’ll message clients to gather credentials or confirm logic. Your goal is to take clear input and deliver working automation without overcomplication.


????What You’ll Be Doing
Build automations based on briefs or process outlines using n8n, Zapier, or ----------

Use Claude or ChatGPT to troubleshoot issues or optimize steps in the workflow

Ask clients for credentials, webhook URLs, or clarification when needed

Track estimated time saved for each automation and log it for visibility

Contribute clean, reusable workflows to our internal library

Deliver working builds within 24 to 48 hours


????What We’re Looking For
You’ve built automations using n8n, Zapier, or ---------- . Personal or client projects are fine

You understand what APIs, webhooks, and JSON are used for, even if you’re not writing code

You can take a logic diagram or bullet list and build something functional

You use tools like Claude or ChatGPT to troubleshoot issues or get unstuck

You know how to ask clients for what you need in writing, clearly and concisely

You’re able to produce high-quality work quickly and without needing handholding

You enjoy small teams, clear outcomes, and moving fast



????Key Metrics
First draft turnaround: under 48 hours

Estimated time saved per workflow: at least 30 percent of the manual version

Client response time: under 12 hours

Internal review rating: 4.5 out of 5 or higher

Two or more reusable workflow assets submitted monthly


????Compensation
This is a paid contractor role with flexible hours. Pay is based on experience and your ability to deliver working automations at speed. Long-term work is available for strong performers.
