JOB POST: Platform Architect – Estate Planning Intake System (Go High Level)
We’re launching a national estate and legacy planning platform and we need a high-level Go High Level (GHL) builder who can architect a full intake, automation, and backend system.

This is NOT a basic funnel job. We are building a real platform to serve families. If you’ve only built calendars and landing pages — please do not apply.

YOUR ROLE:
Build the entire platform experience, including:

1. Front-End Build:

Branded landing page with opt-in and explainer video placeholder

Smart intake forms

Logic-based questions that route/tag leads automatically

Mobile-responsive, polished design

2. Backend Workflows:

Tagging and CRM automation based on answers


Email and SMS reminders for unfinished forms

Scheduling workflows with link

Secure upload or Drive-based document storage

Admin view to manage submissions

3. Optional but Preferred Skills:

Jotform/Typeform + Zapier (for advanced form logic)

Stripe or GHL Payments

DocuSign or similar

Course or membership platform integrations (Thinkific, Kajabi, WordPress LMS)

TECH STACK:
Go High Level (core platform)

Optional: Zapier, Google Drive, Jotform, Stripe

Tools we already use: Go High Level, Ring Central, Monday, Mailbox Power, Dubb, BigVu, Opus Clips


COMPENSATION:
Starting rate: $1000-$1500 per project-based 30 day contract

Bonuses for fast delivery and quality work

Long-term role: backend builder for multiple platforms in our agency
