WordPress and Graphic Design VA trial

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is smart, fast, honest, and dedicated to add to the team as soon as possible!

Must have strong attention to detail (including this job application), be technologically savvy, and have experience with WordPress page graphic design, backend optimization, and plugins. We all work hard and move fast.

There are strict deadlines for everything. So this is a GREAT job with PLENTY of opportunity to grow with the team, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!

As a start-up company, we are looking for an experienced Website & Graphic Design Assistant who is passionate about wellness with exceptional organizational and technical skills to help us create, manage, and maintain our website and marketing design materials. The Contemplative Practice Lab is a holistic mental health service and education organization. We emphasize using contemplative approaches, including meditation, breath work, and mind-body practices to manage stress and improve mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in creating and managing WordPress websites, preferably Divi.
Familiarity with website design for marketing, aesthetics, and branding.
Strong technical skills, including SEO, responsive design, and image optimization.
Experience with billing and payment integration is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
A proactive problem solver who can adapt to changing priorities.

Initially, we will have a weekly video meeting to discuss tasks to be done, clarify your questions, and share updates or feedback. Because this is a virtual position and the hours you work are flexible, you will be asked to send daily progress reports.

This position is part-time, flexible hours, with stable pay at $5 per hour to start, and includes a paid 2-week trial period to make sure that we’re a good fit for each other.
