Virtual Assistant Cold Caller – UK Estate Agency (Lettings & Sales)(Full-Time, 3-Month Contract)

Charles Knight Estate Agents is a trusted, family-run property agency in South East London. We specialise in residential lettings and sales, and we’re looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our growing team remotely.

This is a guaranteed 3-month contract to work Monday to Friday, 10:00am–4:00pm UK time. You’ll be calling a database of UK landlords, promoting our services, and booking free property valuations into our calendar.


Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls using our script to UK landlords from our database

Follow up with previous leads and withdrawn landlords

Book appointments for our in-house Negotiator

Input call notes and outcomes into our CRM (Alto)

Work towards clear KPIs and daily targets


Requirements:
Excellent spoken English (confident, friendly, professional tone)

At least 1 year experience in outbound sales, cold calling or real estate

Strong objection-handling and closing skills

Stable internet connection and headset

Able to work UK time (5pm–11pm PH time)

Preferred (But Not Required):
Experience working for a UK or US real estate agency

Familiarity with CRM systems

Knowledge of Spareroom, Gumtree, or UK property platforms
