The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of our brand across platforms, crafting engaging content, growing our audience, and driving meaningful engagement. You’ll own 6 clients social media strategy from ideation to execution- turning insights into viral ---------- nts, community love, and measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do:
- Work alongside out creative strategist to develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Content Creation – Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, carousels, and more) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Community Management – Build and nurture our clients online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in our brand’s voice.
Analytics & Optimization – Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize content based on insights.
Trendspotting – Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and viral ---------- nts to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience – 2+ years managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in DTC Ecom
Content Creation Skills – Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
Strategic Mindset – You understand social media analytics and can use insights to improve performance.
Trend-Savvy – You have a pulse on pop culture, internet trends, and what works on different platforms.
Excellent Communication – Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting compelling captions and replies.
Creative & Organized – Ability to balance creative ideation with structured execution.

Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience growing a brand’s presence on TikTok or YouTube Shorts.
- Have worked at an agency before
- Can edit short-form video content.
