JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to help protect our brand reputation and reduce refund-related losses in our e-commerce store. You will handle email support via Gmail, track orders using ParcelPanel (Shopify), and maintain a case log in Notion.

Responsibilities include:

-Respond to customer inquiries using standard resolution funnels
-Use Shopify and ParcelPanel to investigate order issues
-Categorize each support case and maintain records in Notion
-Communicate clearly, warmly, and firmly in line with our policies

Shopify + ParcelPanel

Notion for case tracking

Goal: Provide an exceptional support experience while minimizing losses from refunds or disputes.
