We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to help protect our brand reputation and reduce refund-related losses in our e-commerce store. You will handle
Responsibilities include:
-Respond to customer inquiries using standard resolution funnels
-Use Shopify and ParcelPanel to investigate order issues
-Categorize each support case and maintain records in Notion
-Communicate clearly, warmly, and firmly in line with our policies

Gmail
Shopify + ParcelPanel
Notion for case tracking
