We're now looking for a full-time, experienced Customer Service VA to help us elevate that standard even further.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support via
Manage orders and customer inquiries in Shopify
Handle chargebacks and disputes professionally and with evidence-based responses
Collaborate through Slack with the internal team
Maintain records and workflows in Google Sheets & Drive
Spot patterns in issues and help us improve processes
Be available for weekends and flexible hours when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience with Shopify [MUST]
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) [MUST]
- Previous experience in Customer Service / VA roles [MUST]
- Solid chargeback/dispute handling skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English [MUST]
- Fast learner with attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Experience with Slack is a plus, but not required
