We utilize Go High Level (GHL) to streamline our operations, communicate with clients, and drive business growth. We're looking for a tech-savvy GHL Support Specialist to join our growing team!

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful individual with hands-on experience using Go High Level. You’ll support our team by managing workflows, troubleshooting system issues, and enhancing automation efficiency across client and internal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for Go High Level workflows, triggers, campaigns, and pipelines

Troubleshoot issues related to forms, calendars, email/SMS delivery, and integrations

Create and optimize automation workflows (e.g., email nurturing, SMS follow-ups, appointment booking)

Assist with CRM data management and reporting

Train tea ---------- mbers on GHL features and best practices

Collaborate with our marketing and service teams to implement automation strategies

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Go High Level CRM (minimum 6 months preferred)

Understanding of automation, triggers, pipelines, campaigns, and tags

Familiarity with API integrations, Zapier, and webhooks is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and tech troubleshooting ability

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Bonus if you have:

Experience in insurance, real estate, or similar service-based industries

Knowledge of email deliverability best practices (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)

Familiarity with ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
