Funnel Builder & Onboarding Portal Expert (Remote Work / Rewards Offer)

We’re building a rewards-based remote onboarding funnel targeting users in Europe. Our users earn after completing verified tasks — no cost to join, no sales involved.

We’re not selling a product — we’re onboarding qualified applicants into a compliance-sensitive process, and need help optimizing our mobile-first funnel and user dashboard.

The ideal candidate will help us:

Build or optimize a mobile-optimized lead funnel (currently using Perspective.co but happy to change it if required)

Create or manage a simple portal/dashboard (using GoHighLevel, Softr, Airtable, or Glide)

Show users their task status: (Form filled ? Verification ? Stages ? Payout )

Integrate or embed Jumio for ID verification (via link or API)

Connect funnel to WhatsApp (via WATI or Twilio) or Telegram to offer support

Build in basic referral logic (track invites, show bonus rewards)

Translate or prepare for multiple languages (English + local translations)

3) Jumio (for ID verification)
4) Airtable or GoHighLevel (we’re open to either as backend/CRM)
5) Zapier or Make (automations)

You should have experience with:

1) Funnel building and mobile-first onboarding
2) No-code tools like GoHighLevel, Softr, Glide, or Webflow
3) Basic CRM logic or data automation
4) Integrating third-party services (like Sumsub or Twilio)
5) Designing clean, trust-building UI (especially for sensitive use cases like ID/KYC)
