Client Acquisition Specialist – Performance-Based | Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time

Grove Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses across the U.S. scale through tailored client acquisition systems. We’re expanding our team and are seeking skilled Client Acquisition Specialists who can independently source, engage, and close high-value business clients.

???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????:
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for finding, outreaching to, and closing potential clients using your own methods and scripts. Once the client is closed and ready to proceed, our internal team will handle onboarding, service delivery, and payment processing.

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:
? Source and qualify potential clients (any niche)
? Conduct outreach using your preferred methods (DMs, cold email, calls, etc.)
? Present Grove Media’s services and close the client directly
? Once closed, pass the client to our internal operations team for onboarding and payment
? Maintain communication for basic updates or follow-ups

? Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development
? Ability to work independently and close deals without supervision
? Strong English communication (written and verbal)
? Familiar with lead sourcing and prospect research
? Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
? Access to your own outreach tools and communication platforms

You will be paid $????????????–$????,????????????+ ???????????? ???????????????????????? that successfully signs and pays for services. Final commission depends on how much the client pays — some payouts may exceed $1,000. There is no cap on the number of clients you can bring in.
