About the Role

As our CSO, you’ll be part of the engine room of our advice implementation process. You’ll work closely with advisers and clients to ensure every step is smooth, compliant, and client focused.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing end-to-end implementation of advice across superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Preparing and lodging applications, rollovers, withdrawals, and insurance claims.
• Liaising with clients, advisers, and providers to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintaining up-to-date client records in our CRM (Intelliflo experience highly regarded but not essential).
• Supporting advisers with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and compliance documentation.
• Ensuring all processes meet regulatory and licensee standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within an Australian financial planning practice.
• Strong understanding of financial advice implementation processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in financial planning software (Intelliflo would be highly regarded, however, training will be provided for a suitable candidate who is a quick learner and is tech savvy).
• A proactive, client-first mindset and a can-do attitude.
• We love diverse perspectives and offer full remote flexibility for the right candidate.
