Fulfillment Specialist

Oversee Global Fulfillment Operations – From Anywhere in the World!
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at logistics coordination? We’re looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to remotely manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment network. You’ll be the key point of contact between our internal teams and fulfillment centers/partners worldwide, ensuring seamless order processing, tracking, and delivery performance.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in remote collaboration, enjoys problem-solving, and understands the importance of timely and accurate order fulfillment in enhancing customer experience.

What You’ll Do
1. Fulfillment Partner Coordination
*Serve as the liaison between our company and third-party fulfillment centers across different regions.
*Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
*Address any fulfillment-related concerns or delays in real time.
2. Order Monitoring & Issue Resolution
*Track order statuses and proactively resolve issues such as delayed shipments, incorrect packages, or fulfillment errors.
*Coordinate with customer support to resolve fulfillment-related complaints or re-shipments.
3. Reporting & Performance Analytics
*Generate and maintain fulfillment performance reports (e.g., fulfillment times, shipping times, order accuracy, re-shipments, return rates).
*Identify patterns, highlight inefficiencies, and propose process improvements.
4. SOP Oversight & Process Improvements
*Ensure fulfillment partners are following established SOPs and SLAs.
*Recommend updates to documentation and workflows as needed for better operational efficiency.
5. Inventory Communication
*Monitor revolving funds across fulfillment centers and alert relevant teams when funds need replenishing.
*Support accurate forecasting by analyzing order trends.
6. System Updates & Coordination
*Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Customer Support) to ensure alignment in tools and data related to fulfillment.
*Help implement new tools or systems to streamline fulfillment operations.

Who You Are
1. 2+ years experience in logistics, fulfillment coordination, or operations.
2. Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
3. Excellent communication skills – you're able to work with partners across time zones.
4. Proficient in Google Sheets, data tools, and fulfillment platforms (e.g., ShipStation, EasyPost, etc. is a plus).
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setup.
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently and meet objectives.
