Social Media Engagement Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a digitally savvy and highly responsive Social Media Engagement Coordinator to connect with our audience in real time. You will be responsible for managing direct interactions on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok—responding to comments and DMs, engaging followers, and helping grow a vibrant online community that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Audience Engagement
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions, and tags across platforms
* Maintain a consistent and friendly brand voice in all replies
* Proactively initiate conversations with followers, partners, and relevant accounts
* Moderate content and report spam or inappropriate behavior
Growth & Community Building
* Identify and engage with potential followers, ambassadors, or UGC creators
* Track engagement KPIs (likes, shares, comments, saves, response time)
* Share weekly engagement performance reports with suggestions for improvement
* Help brainstorm and implement campaigns to boost interaction (polls, Q&As, giveaways)
Qualifications:
* Experience managing social media pages (even personal or school accounts welcome!)
* Fast typing and response time; excellent written communication skills
* Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
* Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
