Position Overview:

Gggraphicdesings is seeking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media accounts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, experienced professional who knows how to create viral content and execute growth strategies effectively. If you are passionate about social media marketing and have a proven track record of growing accounts, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow multiple social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Develop and execute content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.

Schedule posts using social media management tools.

Create visually appealing video thumbnails to enhance content appeal.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, follower growth, etc.).

Stay updated on social media algorithms and trends to ensure optimized strategies.

Identify opportunities for viral content and implement tactics to achieve virality.

Communicate with the content creation team to align social media efforts with overall goals.

What We’re Looking For:

A detail-oriented individual who is serious about this role and can execute instructions flawlessly.

Someone passionate about social media growth and understands the importance of storytelling, strategy, and virality.

Proficiency in relevant tools and software, including but not limited to:

No Using scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later (for scheduling and managing posts). This decreases engagement. Content posted thru Meta, YouTube Studio, TikTok (batch drafts) etc.

Google Analytics or similar tools (for tracking metrics and performance).

Social Blade or other growth tracking tools.

ClickUp for team collaboration (knowledge is a plus. Setting up automations is a plus)

A proactive professional who takes ownership of tasks and contributes to the overall success of our accounts.
