About the Role
We are a U.S.-based real estate media company seeking a creative, organized, and dependable Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a part-time role (10 hours per week to start) with the potential for more hours as the role grows. If you love creating engaging content and helping brands shine on social media, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Create social media content using provided real estate photo and video assets
Write captions and hashtags that match the brand voice
Research trends and suggest fresh ideas for content (Reels/Shorts, etc.)
Repurpose existing media for social platforms
Track basic engagement and performance
Respond to comments/messages in a professional and friendly tone
Requirements
Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Strong written English and copywriting skills
Proficient with Canva (or similar design tools)
Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and YouTube Shorts
Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines independently
Stable internet and reliable computer
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
Experience with real estate, interior design, or photography content
Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Experience with social media analytics or content planning tools
Familiarity with scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
