Submit accurate claims to Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers using appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to services.
Track unpaid claims, follow up on denials, and appeal as needed.
Post payments and reconcile accounts in the EHR/billing system.
Ensure compliance with billing regulations and payer guidelines.
Collaborate with providers, front office, and case management to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
