If you enjoy making social media posts, explaining things clearly, and talking to people, this job is for you! *** MOST CUSTOMERS SPEAK SPANISH BUT YOUR ONLY GOING TO MESSAGE THEM IN SPANISH NOT ON THE PHONE THIS IS A MUST***

What You’ll Do:
Create Content
Make short videos (Reels) using Canva
Share news and updates using Google Alerts
Explain how things work in simple terms
Answer common questions
Post daily content on social media
Break down complex topics so anyone can understand

Talk to Leads
Ask questions like:
What kind of property do you have?
Where is it located?
Why are you selling?
What’s the condition?
Do you have photos?
What’s your asking price?
Set up calls with interested sellers

Use Tools & Stay Organized

Use online tools and programs to help with your work
Keep up with trends and helpful resources

What We’re Looking For:
Good at writing and talking to people
Comfortable using Canva and social media
Can explain things clearly and simply
Organized and self-motivated
Experience in real estate or marketing is a plus
