Hours: 20 hours/week (4 hours/day, Monday to Friday)

Led by Samantha Gold, a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of the children’s clothing brand Motette, the company helps women move from burnout to breakthrough using proven frameworks and tools that get results.



The Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to support outreach and prospecting efforts. You’ll be responsible for sending warm, friendly, and professional messages to women in founder and entrepreneur communities that Sam is part of—introducing what we do, identifying fit, and booking discovery calls.



Responsibilities
• Send prospecting messages through founder communities, platforms, and direct email
• Track outreach activity in Google Sheets or CRM
• Help identify promising leads and follow up appropriately
• Report on weekly metrics and engagement
• Maintain professionalism and brand tone in all communications



Qualifications
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong sense of initiative and professionalism
• Comfortable working independently and tracking daily activity
• Prior experience in outreach, business development, or virtual assistant work is a plus
