I’m new to real estate wholesaling and looking for an EXPERT who already knows the entire playbook. This is a high-paying role for someone who can operate independently and efficiently, with zero hand-holding.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Pulling targeted motivated seller lead lists
• Setting up your own CRM, dialer, scripts, workflows, etc.
• Cold calling and setting appointments
• Advising on tools, software, and strategies
• Working primarily in New Jersey markets

You Must:
• Already have proven experience in real estate wholesaling lead gen (show results)
• Know the “secret sauce”: skip tracing, filtering lists, cold call cadence, objection handling
• Be ready to execute with full ownership from day one
• Be willing to show proof of concept with minimal investment fro ----------
