Full Stack Developer - Hugo Static Site (Golang)

Overview:
A high-performance web development agency seeks an experienced Hugo website developer with full-stack capabilities. This is a freelance or gig-based opportunity with the potential to transition into part-time or full-time roles based on performance and value delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize static websites using the Hugo framework ( ---------- ).

Deploy websites to Cloudflare Pages with automation and CI/CD pipelines.

Build scripts and deployment automation using Python and relevant technologies.

Collaborate with a results-driven, fast-paced web agency team.

Architect scalable website solutions that can handle enterprise-level traffic.

Required Expertise:

Proven mastery with Hugo static site generator (Golang framework - required)

Strong proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and deployment tasks.

Demonstrated experience deploying static sites on Cloudflare Pages or similar platforms.

Full-stack capabilities: front-end (HTML/CSS/JS/Tailwind or similar) + back-end (APIs, data handling).

Git workflows, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred:

Familiarity with other JAMstack frameworks (Next.js, Astro, etc.).

Experience in scaling web projects for agencies or SaaS clients.

Understanding of SEO optimization for static websites.
