The Role



We’re hiring a contract-based AI Automation Specialist to help design and implement automation systems and AI tools that replace repetitive tasks and improve performance.


This is a remote-first position (Sydney-based preferred), and you’ll be working closely with our founder to:


Join Google Meet calls with business owners & the founder
Demo live AI solutions that solve real problems
Build systems using pre-trained tools and no-code platforms that clients can use immediately — not months from now


???? Your Responsibilities



Automate core workflows (scheduling, quoting, data entry, email handling, CRM updates)
Build sales & marketing automations using tools like:
Instantly.ai – smart outbound email sequencing
Apollo.io – lead generation and enrichment
Lavender AI – AI-powered email optimization
Jasper / Copy.ai – content and ad copy automation
Design backend automations with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, and Airtable
Create voice AI agents using Vocode, Whisper, ElevenLabs, and Twilio
Build automation stacks that integrate seamlessly with HubSpot, Notion, Typeform, and Google Workspace
Troubleshoot, QA, and refine workflows
Present demos in live client calls and explain how these AI systems directly save time or increase revenue
