About the Company:
Our client is a highly respected landscaping provider offering both installation and ongoing maintenance for residential properties-new and existing. Their services include:
- Landscape design, hardscaping, and outdoor living spaces
- Paved driveways, patios, walkways, and outdoor kitchens
- Synthetic turf, sod, decorative rock, and water features
- Irrigation systems, erosion control, and drainage solutions
- Recurring maintenance, snow & brush removal, and fire wise services
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger entries
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with payroll and job costing
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing
- Maintain accurate records and support the Controller/CFO as needed
Ideal Candidate:
4+ years of bookkeeping experience (construction or landscaping industry is a plus)
Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong understanding of AP, AR, and payroll processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be based or willing to relocate to Prescott, AZ
