JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing property management business based in Australia looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will focus on supporting our billing and expense workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage our two billing inboxes for incoming invoices and statements.
Sort and allocate bills to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers or departments.
Communicating with suppliers regarding any billing-related inquiries.
Handling bill redirections on behalf of the owners.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry of expenses and accounts payable.
Assist in organizing and streamlining our current billing systems.
Collaborate with the team to support smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping or AP roles
- Highly experienced and confident using Xero
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively.
- Good communicator and team player.
- Willingness to be monitored via TimeDoctor (screenshots are taken randomly to track time and performance)

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape a new function within the team. We're starting with a clear focus, but depending on your strengths and how things go, there’s potential to grow this into a broader finance/admin support role.

Work Schedule:
This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, 7AM -3PM PHT. There will also be opportunities for overtime if you wish to take on additional hours.
