About the Role
We’re a New Zealand-based group of hair-care brands focused on clean ingredients and great customer experiences. Our storefronts run on Shopify, and organic social is a core growth channel. We’re looking for a creative and proactive digital all-rounder who can own social media content, Shopify marketing updates, and audience engagement.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, can spot marketing opportunities, and knows how to turn ideas into content that connects with beauty and salon professionals.

What You’ll Do
- Create, schedule, and post content (stories, reels, feed posts) across Instagram and Facebook.
- Maintain a regular cadence: 3+ stories per day, 2-3 reels per week, plus feed content.
- Use Canva to create polished visuals using brand assets and product imagery.
- Engage actively with target audiences (especially hairdressers) through comments and follows.
- Manage and update Shopify for product uploads, promotions, and customer segmentation.
- Support e-marketing through basic list management.
- Monitor performance, adapt based on engagement, and suggest new content ideas.
- Organise tasks in ClickUp and communicate via FB Messenger or WhatsApp.

What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years in social media management
- Basic understanding of eCommerce (Shopify).
- Solid Canva skills and an eye for on-brand visual content.
- Shopify experience, including product listings and marketing updates.
- Strong copywriting and audience engagement instincts.
- Great time management and the ability to work independently.
- Understanding of copyright-safe music trends for reels.
- Clear communicator who’s comfortable in fast-moving remote teams.

Nice to Have
- Background in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience optimising product listings for SEO.
- Experience growing B2B social communities or e-marketing flows.
- Extra design flair in Canva or Adobe Express.
