Job Description: We are seeking a self-directed, highly creative Video Content Designer to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve transforming blogs, existing videos, and AI-generated content into high-end, engaging, and potentially viral videos for various social platforms. You will play a pivotal role in storytelling, design, and video production.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create engaging, branded video content tailored for different social media platforms
-Develop video concepts and storyboards from minimal direction
-Edit videos using stock footage, motion graphics, and advanced techniques
-Leverage AI platforms to produce and enhance content
-Maintain brand consistency across all content

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in video content creation and editing
-Strong storytelling and video design skills
-Ability to work independently and be self-directed
-Excellent communication and follow-through
-Creative thinker with an eye for viral trends

Tools You Will Use:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects or equivalent
AI platforms such as Eleven Labs, HeyGen, etc.

Working Hours:
Full-Time: 40 hours/week
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time (Graveyard Shift)
