[FULL-TIME JOB] Customer Support VA – E-commerce (USA, UK, FR)

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Virtual Assistant to manage customer service across our e-commerce brands in the USA, UK, and France.

???? Your Role:
Handle customer support via email/chat in perfect English for USA/UK stores

Use ChatGPT (provided) to respond naturally and fluently in French for our FR store – no robotic replies

Manage comments on Meta Ads (FB/IG): reply to questions, hide negative comments, maintain a clean and positive brand image

Stay calm and solution-oriented when dealing with aggressive or frustrated customers

Ensure customers always feel heard, reassured, and valued

? Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken + written) – French is a big plus

Experience in e-commerce customer support, ideally for dropshipping brands

Ability to de-escalate tense situations and turn a complaint into a positive outcome

Familiar with Shopify, Meta platforms, and Zoho Mail or GMAIL.

Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve tone and efficiency

Availability:
Full-time only (no part-timers or agencies)
