Position Overview
Headspace Media is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency serving home service businesses with heart. We believe in neighborhood values, high-integrity service, and marketing that actually works. We’re looking for a skilled and ambitious SEO Specialist to join our team part-time—with the goal of growing into a Team Lead as we build out our SEO department.

In this role, you'll handle technical audits, on-page SEO optimization, content workflow management, and backlink outreach—all within our streamlined SEO platform, Adaptify. You’ll also work closely with our Delivery Director and Client Success team to ensure that client deliverables are timely, accurate, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Execution (Hands-On)
* Perform SEO audits using Adaptify and supplement with Google Search Console and GA4 insights
* Optimize on-page content for home service clients, including titles, headers, meta descriptions, internal linking, and more
* Manage content calendar and brief generation inside Adaptify
* Oversee backlink outreach campaigns using Adaptify’s tools
* QA all SEO content and deliverables before submission

Workflow & Collaboration
* Track and manage tasks using ClickUp
* Communicate deliverable status to the Delivery Director and Client Success team
* Maintain clear documentation and task notes
* Follow and contribute to evolving internal SOPs and workflow standards

Leadership Development Track
* Take initiative in refining SEO processes or recommending improvements
* Train and support a Junior SEO Specialist as the department grows
* Participate in weekly SEO updates with the Delivery Director
* Collaborate on long-term SEO strategies and reporting frameworks

Requirements
Must-Have Skills
* 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (local SEO strongly preferred)
* Deep understanding of on-page SEO, technical audits, and linkbuilding
* Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and project management systems
* Excellent written English and clear communication style
* Detail-oriented, process-driven, and accountable

Preferred (Not Required)
* Familiarity with Adaptify SEO software
* Experience working with U.S.-based agencies or clients
* Background mentoring or managing junior tea ---------- mbers

What Success Looks Like
* SEO deliverables are completed on time and meet agency quality standards
* Work is organized and communicated clearly in ClickUp
* Regular input is offered to improve systems and efficiency
* Promotion to SEO Team Lead occurs within 3–6 months based on performance

Time Zone Requirement:
