We are now looking for a dedicated ANTLabs Installation Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
• As an ANTLabs Installation Engineer, you will:
• Participate in technical deployments for ongoing and new projects within the Service Delivery Division.
• Gather technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions to clients.
• Install and configure Linux-based systems and conduct end-to-end and pilot testing in staging/production environments.
• Verify and validate ANTlabs solutions, and escalate issues when needed.
• Troubleshoot and apply software and hardware fixes with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in high-pressure environments.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks, including occasional after-hours work to meet project timelines.
• Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Support project-specific needs as assigned by Supervisors or Project Managers.
• Travel overseas as needed for onsite deployments (duration depends on project scope).
Technical Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in:
• Linux Systems: Installation and troubleshooting (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• Open Source Tools: HA clustering, HAProxy, BIND DNS, Apache, Nginx, LDAP, SMTP, NTP, NFS, SNMP, PRTG
• Virtualization: KVM, Hyper-V, VMware
• Cloud Services: AWS, GCP, Azure
• Databases: MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL
• Networking: Switching, routing, firewalls, VLANs, TCP/IP
• Security: OS/Application hardening best practices
• Scripting: Shell/Bash scripting
• Containerization (Preferred): Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes
• Bonus: Experience with Dell PowerEdge server installation and troubleshooting
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of technical work experience in IT or Telecommunications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunications), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Willingness to work in data centers, outside normal office hours, and occasionally at night as required
• Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude
