Email Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant with strong email marketing skills. You should be able to design clean HTML emails, build cold outreach campaigns, and understand lead gen tools.

What you'll do:

Design and build HTML emails

Create and manage cold email sequences

Use tools like Instantly, Smartlead, and Pardot

Scrape and organize lead data

Use AI tools to speed up campaign building and personalization

Report performance and suggest improvements

You should have:

Experience with cold outreach and sequencing tools

Basic HTML/CSS skills for email formatting

Familiarity with lead scraping tools

Knowledge of deliverability best practices

Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT) for content or data tasks

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Bonus if you have:

Experience with deliverability warm-up

Knowledge of reply tracking, inbox rotation, or A/B testing

Familiarity with CRMs or sales pipelines
